An acoustic guitar venture. Reynold D. Philipsek explores his Slavic roots and incorporates that influence with Jazz and Gypsy Jazz. All ten songs are brand new and previously unreleased recordings.

Reynold D. Philipsek's family came to America at the turn of the 20th Century and settled farmsteads in Central Minnesota. They came from Eastern Europe. His Polish/Czech family had a great influence on him. He also references his early interest in Edgar Allan Poe and his study of Latin. There is still a lot of American Jazz and Gypsy Jazz in his music but this new album also incorporates some Eastern European scales and rhythm..
